Place all ingredients together in a med. saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring slowly incorporating all ingredients.
Once sauce starts to thicken it is done. This can happen quite fast. Be careful not to cook sauce too much once it thickens, this might cause it to burn.
Add pre-cooked chicken – beef – pork – or veggies to sauce and serve over rice. Makes about 2 cups sauce. Also makes a great dip for chicken kabobs.

Tip: If you like your Peanut Sauce a little more spicy add 1 tsp. of crushed red chili flakes to the sauce.
