Easy Thai Peanut Sauce

Create a super easy, slightly sweet, slightly spicy Thai inspired peanut sauce you can pour over chicken, pork or grilled vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Fudge Factory Farm Apple Jalapeno Jam
  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients together in a med. saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring slowly incorporating all ingredients.
  • Once sauce starts to thicken it is done. This can happen quite fast. Be careful not to cook sauce too much once it thickens, this might cause it to burn.
  • Add pre-cooked chicken – beef – pork – or veggies to sauce and serve over rice. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
     Also makes a great dip for chicken kabobs.

Notes

Tip:  If you like your Peanut Sauce a little more spicy add 1 tsp. of crushed red chili flakes to the sauce.
